Hi! Welcome to Rhi Yoga your online yoga studio where you can watch yoga videos on demand and start practising at home. At the moment I am pregnant and expecting my first baby in March 2021, but that hasn't stopped me creating an online pregnancy course I hope will help empower others and I can't wait to share it with you!
When I found out I was pregnant I wanted to continue with my dynamic yoga practice and use the time to prepare for birth so that I felt strong, healthy and empowered. I also wanted to connect and bond with my baby through yoga. The result is this course. We focus on yoga postures and exercises to help prepare for birth, to maintain a healthy body and mind and connect with our precious miracles.
Of course life is a journey. I won't always be pregnant and the content on this website will ultimately change depending on where I am on this journey of life. Expect to see mum and baby yoga with massage classes to help you recover postnatal and bond with your baby, beginners and intermediate classes to get you started in yoga or continue your practise as well as restorative yoga and more guided meditations to help you feel calm and centred.

I have been fortunate enough to teach in lots of different areas and settings over the years from health clubs, running community classes and day retreats as well as supporting other yoga teachers with their own businesses. I have met lots of different people too from babies, mothers, teenagers all the way to adults. My deepest joy is introducing yoga to new students and making it accessible for them instead of something to fear.
