The Journey
Hello there! I am Rhi - a yoga teacher fascinated by how movement, thoughts and feelings affect our mind, nervous system and energy. My teaching focuses on embodiment through hatha flow, vinyasa flow and restorative styles of yoga to leave the mind and body feeling more at ease and at peace.

I offer pregnancy yoga as an online course to help prepare your mind and body for the duration of pregnancy and birth. We focus on strength and stamina to prepare for a natural birth. Body strength also helps support the body as extra weight during pregnancy can put a strain on the body. Breathing exercises to learn how to breathe effectively through labour, pelvic floor exercises to help strengthen the pelvic floor and learning to relax the pelvic floor to prepare for delivery.

My trauma informed yoga and 1:1's are deeply rooted in the science behind nervous system regulation and are completely tailored to your individual needs. At the moment I am working with a Charity to support clients on their healing journey. You can contact me if you would like me to put you in touch for support.

Much of what I teach is building on communication and neural connections between your brain and body. And when my daughter was born I knew I wanted to ensure that she learned to listen to her mind and body too. Through yoga, massage, makaton sign and songs we had fun learning body awareness, autonomy and ultimately lead to her feeling heard and valued. I knew I wanted to share this with others and created Little Lambs - Raising Happy Communicators.
