Here it is! Your online yoga studio. I am so excited to offer online yoga classes, meditation and yoga nidra recordings right here in one place. No matter where you are on life's journey, from pregnancy, motherhood, beginners to advanced, my main aim is to help your mind and body connect, developing a healthy body and mindset. What I teach comes from a place of love and warmth and I only ever wish to leave you feeling pure gratitude and relaxation while elevating your physical, mental, and emotional well being.
Pregnancy Yoga Course
Learn yoga poses and exercises to help you feel confident and prepared for birth
Specific poses to strengthen the pelvic floor
Breathing exercises to prepare for labour
Reduce pregnancy related ailments such as swelling and back ache
Listen to guided meditations to feel calm in your pregnancy

Listen before bedtime or after a class
7 yoga flow classes including 2 extra exercise classes for managing pelvic girdle pain
